Hi everyone! I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me out. I’m planning to open a small food truck in Texas specializing in European-style French hot dogs. The biggest challenge has been finding the right buns. They’re not traditional hot dog buns, but baguette-style rolls with a hole in one end for the sausage to slide into. I’ve been searching for a supplier in the U.S. for quite some time, but haven’t had much luck. Making them ourselves isn’t really practical, so I’m looking for a bakery, manufacturer, or wholesale distributor that already produces them. I know there are businesses selling this type of hot dog in the U.S., so I’m sure these buns are available somewhere!
