Finally tried Happy Dog in Cleveland. The “slider” with pimento Mac n cheese, bacon, and Froot Loops was great. The foundation of a mild and well seasoned beef dog and a delicious pimento Mac n cheese set it up for success. The bacon and Froot Loops bring it all together for a fun presentation and a much more subtle sweetness than you’d expect. I didn’t love the chorizo chili. Very sweet and tomatoey.
