Chicago-style hot dog with no snap...
...should be just as much of a crime as ketchup--especially in the Chicagoland area. My last 3 hot dogs, 2 from a place with Vienna signs everywhere, 1 from Buona, had no casing. If you advertise a Chicago-style dog, you should have a hot dog with snap. If you advertise a Vienna, you must. If you're a restaurant partnered to advertise and sell Viennas, don't you have to buy from them? When you buy directly from them, don't they always have the natural casing?
