Got off work at 4am last night. I really don’t like my job and it makes me feel really lonely sometimes. I got home and I made these. I boiled the dogs and then split and scored them and seared them on the grill pan. I steamed the buns while the dogs were boiling. I had some leftover chili that i heated up and threw it on and finished with mustard and banana peppers. It felt like it was the first thing in my life that I had really put thought and effort into in a long time. It made me really think that all I have sometimes are hot dogs. Going to start posting in here a lot more I think.
