Basic grocery store dogs, on Texas toast buns, two with melted habanero Jack, two with melted murphy’s Irish cheddar. (We had to melt the cheese in each tray and separate out the dogs afterwards because I am a ketchup heathen and my partner is a reasonable mustard person.) Salt and vinegar chips on the side.
