Grilled dog (seemed fairly pork forward compared to American dogs), ketchup, mustard, remoulade, crispy onions AND raw onions, thinly sliced pickles (almost like a bread and butter). Not necessarily what I would’ve chosen, but this is sort of a standard there and I wanted to see what it was all about.
