You better believe I’m gettin a foot long 1/2lb Korean dog! Our brewery has a little bbq shack (I’m in central Texas, and eat at all of the top national bbq joints, and have made hundreds of briskets, thousands of ribs and butts as well, and this place is LEGIT) out back. On my way to get the brunch special of house baked sourdough French toast with house cured bacon and ham, egg and cheese… I noticed the shack had dogs on special.
