Had some freshly made pickled red onions that I really wanted to put to use, so grilled up some hot dogs and built a pretty damn good topping combo. Made a quick mayo, ketchup, and yellow mustard sauce for the dogs, piled on a healthy layer of those crisp, tangy pickled red onions, then finished them with diced jalapeño and Fresno peppers straight from the garden.
