In honor of Mike Ditka. A polish sausage from a Chicago institution. This sausage was very tasty. The only negative of this was that the onions were a bit too over done for my taste. Onion rings are one of my favorite things, and these were pretty good, but could have used a bit more salt. Overall, I recommend this sausage.
