Ate 2 dogs today. The way I was raised eating then (chili, cheese, grilled Jalapeños, grilled and raw onions, and tomatoes. My wife is from El Salvador and claims that's how a lot of her familiy in El Slavador and surrounding neighbors eat them. They were both amazing.
