Yesterday's dog got roasted in here, so naturally I came back with one some would say is just as out there. This one is inspired by the Spicy Thai Peanut Burger at Stub and Herbs, which I ate all the time in college. They don't have it anymore (dropped Sriracha for hot honey), so I decided to rebuild it as a dog. Ingredients: toasted bun, peanut butter, sriracha, bacon strip, all beef frank, green onion, and fresh cilantro. Peanut butter, bacon and sriracha do the same job they did on that burger, and the green onion and cilantro add some nice freshness.
