Vienna beef - mustard and grilled onions - air fryer edition
Homemade and gave it a stab in the air fryer and tried the onions almost done and then darker . Both were greats - onions were mixed with avocado oil, garlic, onion , salt , pepper and wish I added cayenne - dog charred up just like grilll and tasted great...

Where do we stand on beanie weenies?
Not the pre-made can versions, but cans of baked beans with cut up dogs from the pack of 8? We'd slice up some dogs into medallions, fry 'em, then pour a can of baked beans into the hot pan and let them simmer. This was a poverty childhood staple for me....
